AMENDED CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS

PREAMBLE


We, the officers and members embodying the Colleagues of Amended GUARDIANS Brotherhood International, Incorporated (CAGBII), with the utmost benevolence and guidance from the Lord Almighty, who are committed to an absolute advocacy of providing charity and assistance to support the indigents and poverty-stricken and an endeavor to build, develop, promote and strengthen the spirit of brotherhood and in the promotion of unconditional love and patriotism to our country, the Philippines, we hereby enact and adopt this Constitution and By-Laws. 


VISION


To become the prime bearer of GUARDIANS brotherhood known throughout the world with an extensive and consolidated confederation, who will be profoundly admired and respected where the ultimate quality of advancement and the provision of humanitarian and civic activities is organized, narrated and executed to help the impoverished through a diverse humanitarian effort in the spirit of keeping up with the truest meaning of being GUARDIANS in an environment of solidarity, leadership, prudence, collaboration and empowerment, resulting in the development of an immense growth of camaraderie and brotherhood. 


MISSION


To instigate and collaborate with communities to convey charity and assistance to the needy and in keeping up with the promotion of absolute brotherhood.
