NAME, SEAL AND PRINCIPAL ADDRESS OF THE ASSOCIATION
Section 1.
The Organization shall be officially known as Colleagues of the Amended GUARDIANS Brotherhood International, Incorporated or CAGBII with SEC Registration Number 201620125 dated September 02, 2016 with TIN Number 009-397-073.
Section 2.
The members shall be called GUARDIANS.
Section 3.
Every letter of the word GUARDIANS and CAGBII is an acronym, which represents the following:
G - Gentlemen C - Colleagues
U - United A - Amended
A - Associates G - Guardians
R - Race B - Brotherhood
D - Dauntless I - International
I - Ingenuous I - Incorporated
A - Advocator
N - Nation
S - Society
When paraphrased, this would mean “Gentlemen and United Associates of the Filipino Race, Dauntless and Ingenuous Advocators of the Nation and Society”.
Section 4.
The National Headquarters Office shall be located at Brgy. Banga 1st, Cabyawan, Plaridel, Bulacan, Philippines, as the principal address of the organization with Qatar serving as an extension office to all countries outside the Philippines.
Section 5.
The organization adheres and advocates the Motto: “Brotherhood with Compassion”.
Section 6.
National Seal. The Association adopts the seal pictured below with the
symbolisms as follows:
LAUREL WREATH symbolizes the victorious achievement and peaceful establishment of CAGBII out of the effort, fidelity and strong affectionate and lasting friendship amongst members.
GLOBE pertains to the would-be existence of CAGBII, to be internationally-known and revered globally.
PHILIPPINE EMBLEM represents nationalism and patriotism.
PAN BALANCE (SCALE OF JUSTICE) symbolizes the idea of fair distribution of law, with no influence of bias, privilege or corruption.
GOLDEN G represents the culmination of the “heart and soul” of the organization, being the first letter of GUARDIANS
MMXVI are roman numerals that stand for 2016, the establishment year of CAGBII
HANDSHAKE is the universal norm of reciprocity that represents breaching divides and bringing people together.
DOUBLE CIRCLE indicates the end of the process of individualization and of striving towards wholeness and self-realization. This is a symbol of the cycles of life, the stages of organization initiation and its soulful journey towards prosperity and towards wholeness and self-realization success.
ROPE is symbolic of weaving together - the intermixture of warp and weft of different people making a story together, with a whole emotional grasp making the encounter more potent, holding on to what you can carry and sharing with others.
GREEN BACKGROUND confers life, renewal, energy that is associated with growth, harmony and freshness.
