ARTICLE II

DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES, PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Section 1.

This fraternal association believes in the Divine Providence as the source of all creation, power and authority.

Section 2.

The association respects, promotes and operates on democratic principles. It adheres to the Constitution of the Republic of the Philippines, its laws, regulations and ordinances promulgated by duly constituted authorities.

Section 3. T

his is a non-stock, non-profit, non-partisan and non-sectarian organization.

Section 4.

The main purpose of the association shall be to institute and develop a brotherhood, maintain a camaraderie amongst members in order to effectively address matters of common interests and concern, with the end-view of achieving a sustainable aid for development to communities, as a non-governmental organization for charity, peace and prosperity.


Section 5.

The objectives of the Organization shall be as follows; 

 a. To adhere and internalize the enduring core values of love of God, respect for authority, selfless love and service for people, respect for women and the sanctity of marriage, righteousness, responsible dominion and stewardship over material things and the wisdom of truth.

b. To foster nationalism and patriotism by engaging in various community programs that promotes our cultural background including language and heritage, advocate the participation in the rights of suffrage and other means that will greatly enhance the love of our country, the Philippines. 

c. To promote good and harmonious relationship, unity and camaraderie between and amongst members for mutual support and well-being;

d. To undertake developmental activities for the general welfare of the members and the organization as a whole; 

e. To generate funds to support the organization and its activities; and

f. To extend financial, legal and other assistance to the organization members, as financial capability allows.  

Section 6.

At CAGBII, RESILIENCE is our core value, which stands for:

 

REVERENCE TO THE ALMIGHTY - Spirituality and faith. The devotedness and belief in God, that we are concerned and driven to, in growing and experiencing the Divine consciousness.

 

EMPATHY - We understand and share each other’s feelings regardless of our differences, strengths, experiences and viewpoint. We acknowledge our limitations and are committed to collaborating effectively with everyone to ensure that our work advances for the greater good of everyone.

 

SOLIDARITY AMONGST BROTHERS - We believe that Brotherhood means “love of neighbor”, which is the key value of growing together towards harmony and peace. We care for each other, live each day with a generosity of spirit, build a positive team and family spirit, communicate our strategies, goals and challenges and have fun in working together.

 

INTEGRITY - We commit to the highest of our moral principles. We advocate transparency, a reason enough for us to always be true to our core. We operate not by deceit but of pure honesty; Purity, the freedom from being controlled by our conscious and unconscious desires, fears and insecurities; Equality towards fairness, justice and willingness to share; and Love, being the root of all values, departing away from hatred and jealousy and always ready to forgive.

 

LEADERSHIP - We strive to develop and become the leaders necessary to realize excellence and equity. We learn to improve constantly and work towards the realization of our bold visions by working in purposeful, strategic and resourceful ways. We operate with a sense of practicability, endure endless challenges, conform between our actions and beliefs, and assume full responsibility of the results.
