ARTICLE VI
GOVERNMENT
Section 1. The Colleagues of Amended GUARDIANS Brotherhood International, Incorporated (CAGBII) shall at all times uphold the legitimacy of the elected and appointed officers of the Association as mandated by this By-Laws.
Section 2. The entire Association shall be governed by the National Executive Council, headed by the National Chairman, who shall also the Chief Executive Officer, with the Charter International President, International Vice President for Administration, Charter National President, National Vice President for Administration, National Vice President for Operation, National Secretary General, National Judiciary, National Treasurer, National Assistant Treasurer, National Auditor, National Press Relations Officer, National Vice President for Operation for Northern Mindanao, National Vice President for Operation for Southern Mindanao, National Vice President for Operation for Rizal-Laguna supported by the National Founders and Founders sanctioned by the National Headquarters.
Section 3. The National Chairman shall hold the rank of International Charter Grand Master Founder (ICGMF), who is the most senior amongst all others in the National Executive Council.
Section 4. The National Executive Council will carry out its executive, legislative and policy making authority, with the Founder’s Committee as Advisory Body.
Section 5. A Regional Executive Council, headed by a Regional Founder, shall have administrative and operational control over the Provincial, Municipal and City Chapters within the province and the Barangay Chapters within the municipality/city. Regions shall be based on the geographical regional subdivision defined by the Philippine government.
Section 6. A Provincial Chapter, headed by a Provincial Founder, shall have administrative and operational control over the Municipal and City Chapters within the province.
Section 7. A Municipal Chapter, headed by a Municipal Founder, shall have administrative and operational control over the Barangay Chapters within the municipality/city.
Section 8. A Barangay Chapter, headed by a Barangay President holding the rank of not lower than RMG/RLG, being the lowest unit in the CAGBII hierarchy, shall have at least Fifteen (15) members in their roster to be recognized as a Barangay Chapter.
Section 9. OVERSEAS OR FOREIGN CHAPTERS. All chapters which may be organized or established in any country outside the Philippines shall have the same instrumentalities, organizational set-up and set of officers as a Regional Chapter, as provided herein. Upon establishment and recognition of an overseas or foreign chapter, its members and activities shall be governed by this Constitution and By-Laws, insofar as they are applicable and all other rules and regulations which may be issued by the National Executive Council. Markings of their members shall be based according to the international code of the country where they were originally marked.
Section 10. COMPENSATION. The Officers of the Association shall serve without compensation. However, all expenses incurred that is related to organizational activities shall be drawn from the budget of the association.
Section 11. TERM OF OFFICE. The Officers of the Association shall hold office for two (2) years, or until their successors shall have been elected.
