ARTICLE VIII
INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE OFFICE (INEXO)
Section 1. The International
Executive Office (INEXO) was created to
govern all existing overseas CAGBII
Groups. All of the countries will be reporting to one body that encompasses the
whole organization in the context of promotions, investigations, sanctions, rewards
and other international matters of concern.
Section 2. The objectives of INEXO shall include:
1. Upholding the
mission and vision of CAGBII, internationally and serving as its ambassadors;
2. Developing
organizational strategy and policies, and ensuring their implementation;
3. Approving and
overseeing overseas budget and financial matters;
4. Incorporating
member needs into organizational decisions; and
5. Handling
significant member disciplinary matters.
Section 3. All correspondence of overseas groups with the National Headquarters, i.e., legal documents like membership application forms, I.D.’s, uniforms, etc., should provide a copy to the International Secretary General and the Charter International President for purposes of clarity and transparency and in the follow-ups and follow-through of needed matters of international concern.

Section 5. THE INEXO COMMITTEE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. CHARTER INTERNATIONAL PRESIDENT (CIP). The prime minister and head of INEXO.
1. The CIP ensures
that all events run smoothly so the organization maintains a good image.
2. He is in-charge
of overseeing all other overseas member activities and is the one to whom all of the
other officers must report.
3. He is
responsible for developing and implementing the mission, the vision and the strategy of the
organization approved by the National Executive Council, in accordance with the
values of the organization in the pursuit of innovation, teamwork, respect
and performance.
4. He ensures that
the mission, the vision and the values of the organization are communicated
throughout and that the communication channels work at all levels in both
directions to favor productivity, morale and the attainment of the objectives of the
organization.
B. CHARTER INTERNATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT
(CIVP). The second-in-command of the organization is
also of eminent concern. The CIVP reports directly to the CIP.
1. While the CIP is
concerned with general matters of concern, the CIVP is in-charge with specific
projects that casts concern to the organization.
2. He fulfills the
duties of the Charter International President in the event of the absence or
disability of the latter.
3. The CIVP
provides guidance and consultation in membership development and membership services
to overseas representatives.
C. VICE-PRESIDENTS FOR EVERY OVERSEAS REGION
1. They directly
report to CIVP. He has the jurisdiction and directly supervises within the region He
represents.
2. He is concern
with coordination, channeling and abstracting of all concerns and submits it to the
CIVP.
3. There shall be
Vice-Presidents coming from: Bahrain, KSA, U.A.E. and Qatar.
D. INTERNATIONAL SECRETARY GENERAL. The position of International Secretary General is a key to
the Executive Committee. It requires energy and sustained commitment. It is
demanding in its necessary attention to detail. It is best suited to a person who is well
organized, has developed administrative skills and has appropriate, but by
no means elaborate, secretarial assistance.
1. He shall ensure
all meetings are effectively organized and recorded.
2. He shall
maintain effective records and effective administration of INEXO assets.
3. He will manage
the organization’s membership database.
4. He shall give
notice to all meetings called.
5. He manages the
communication correspondence between the INEXO and the National Executive
Office or other entities, internally or externally.
6. He shall perform
other duties as directed by the President.
E. INTERNATIONAL JUDICIARY OFFICERS. Every region or country should have representatives who
are concerned with disciplinary concerns and measures within the organization.
1. He is in-charge
of receiving complaint documents and issue out all processes that the
organization upholds.
2. He ensures that
the cases are taken care of and prepares all pertinent records on appeals and
reviews.
3. He is empowered
to make recommendations to the CIVP respecting all matters affecting
administration of arbitrary matters and judicial concerns.
4. He will manage
liaising with outside concerns (if any) such as police and other investigators for
the purpose of improving the delivery of judiciary services.
F. INTERNATIONAL WAYS AND MEANS OFFICERS. The ways and means officer is charged with
reviewing and making recommendations for the organizational funding and budget. This
position is responsible for all fundraising and development activities.
1. He shall perform
in partnership with Vice-President of Operations and Vice
-President of Administration in his respective region.

2. He will help
forge new relationships to build CAGBII nonprofit's visibility, impact, and
financial resources. He will also design and implement a comprehensive plan
for developing key external alliances by cultivating individual and
philanthropic support.
3. He will have
primary responsibility for establishing and implementing the infrastructure
needed to grow an ample budget through the solicitation of major gifts,
grants, special events, corporate and foundation support.
4. She or he will
expand and diversify CAGBII nonprofit's donor base/pipeline and work closely with
other team members to secure funding for new initiatives.
5. It is expected
that the amount raised by CAGBII nonprofit will increase in future years as He
systematically and effectively strengthens the organization's overall fundraising
capacity.
Section 6. ADHERENCE
AND OBEDIENCE TO THE LEGION. Any
officers or members who does not adhere to the
rules of the Legion, i.e., he who does not recognize the Legion but not renounced
his membership, but reports to the National Head Office as he confers his’
allegiance, should not be acknowledged by the National Head Office.
The National Head Office should then direct the said officer or member to coalesce and comply with the rules and regulations of the Legion he came from.
